Empowering CUHK Student Leaders to Lead with Purpose


The Leadership Enhancement Training Series (LETS) is a new initiative designed to empower student representatives with the mindset, practical skills, and global exposure needed to lead with confidence and impact.


Through a series of interactive workshops and exchange sessions, LETS supports and enriches each participant’s leadership journey. The programme nurtures well-rounded leaders who are ready to shape a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking campus community.

All CUHK student representatives are welcome — whether you are from the College, Registered Interest Club, or Student Societies, LETS is designed to support your leadership journey.

Training & Development Session

Session 1: Build Your Toolkit for Purposeful Events (Online)

1 Dec 2025

Session 2: Decode Your Leadership Style with Personality Dimensions®

Jan 2026

Session 3: Professional Mediation Training

Mar 2026

Session 4: Public Speaking with Confidence

Apr 2026

Session 5: Student Leadership Mosaic – Online Student Leaders Exchange Session

🎓 Completion & Certification


Student representatives who attend at least 80% of the training sessions will be awarded the “CUHK Student Leaders 2025–26” Certificate and a record in their Student Development Portfolio (SDP).
