Student Development Portfolio (SDP) is a university-wide electronic platform in CUHK for capturing and presenting students' Experiential Learning Activities (ELA) under the whole-person development framework namely I·CARE, allowing students to assess their personal development needs by assisting them in developing learning profiles and reflection on learning. Apart from the Experiential Learning Activities organised by the University (UELA), you can log in to the Student Development Portfolio at here (Student ID and OnePass password required) to update the activities/ services organised by self-governed student associations or outside organisations (SELA), and review and download an e-copy of ELA Repot for self-printing. As part of the services in supporting our graduating students on career preparation, further studies, and other personal goals, upon the students' request, CUHK will issue one ELA Report (Report of Experiential Learning Activities), which includes both the UELA and SELA, free of charge to every student upon their graduation.

All graduating students can receive one copy of the Experiential Learning Activities (ELA) Report for free (the University will fully subsidise the printing and postage fee for once) by making an online application by 19 July 2025: Click here to apply for an official ELA Report. Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation in September/October 2025, followed by the delivery of the ELA Report by post.
