🌟 Yunnan-Hong Kong Synergy: Academic Fusion

A delegation comprising representatives from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, accompanied by 25 teachers and students from nine higher education institutes of Yunnan Province, including Yunnan University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Yunnan Minzu University, etc, visited CUHK on the afternoon of October 20 for a grand celebration of academic and cultural integration!
Professor Ko Wing-hung, Associate Vice-President (Student Experience) and University Dean of Students of CUHK, delivered a warm welcoming address. Together with the Office of Student Affairs and representatives from the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, and participating institutions, a new chapter in Yunnan-Hong Kong collaboration was witnessed.

Miss. Wong Yi Man, major in Chinese Language and Literature from CUHK, shared insights into local culture in Hong Kong and cultural experiences in Yunnan
Miss. Liu Nan, major in Social Work from Yunnan University, spoke passionately about diverse ethnic cultures and the mission of youth
🦁 Dynamic Lion Dance Performance: New Asia Kung Fu Society of CUHK and The Chinese Martial Arts Society of United College presented a powerful and spirited lion dance, symbolising good fortune and unity, igniting the atmosphere instantly!
SEDS extends heartfelt thanks to all participants! This event provided a meaningful platform for in-depth exchange between the youth of Yunnan and Hong Kong, cultivating the spirit of Yunnan-Hong Kong Synergy.
