International Conference Student Leaders (ICSL) Programme
The International Conference Student Leaders (ICSL) Programme is a two-year leadership journey for CUHK students to learn, lead, and launch global impact. Through training, overseas conferences, and hands-on event planning, students gain real-world skills and cross-cultural experience. From supporting CUHK’s own student-led conference to mentoring future leaders, ICSL empowers Student Leaders to turn ideas into action. Open to full-time students, ICSL offers global exposure, leadership recognition, and a pathway from learner to leader.
Leadership Enhancement Training Series (LETS)
The Leadership Enhancement Training Series (LETS) is a new initiative designed to empower student representatives with the mindset, practical skills, and global exposure needed to lead with confidence and impact.
Through a series of interactive workshops and exchange sessions, LETS supports and enriches each participant’s leadership journey. The programme nurtures well-rounded leaders who are ready to shape a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking campus community.
All CUHK student representatives are welcome — whether you are from the College, Registered Interest Club, or Student Societies, LETS is designed to support your leadership journey.
Providence Foundation Outward Bound Training Awards
The Providence Foundation sponsored an Outward Bound Training Programme for undergraduate CUHK students, providing scholarships for students for a 5-day expedition. This initiative aims to enhance participants’ decision-making, communication, leadership, problem-solving, team-building, and resilience skills, as well as their overall well-being when facing adversity. By developing students’ personal and leadership skills through experiential learning in an outdoor environment, this program focuses on fostering resilience, teamwork, and effective communication while encouraging individuals to step out of their comfort zones.
