In this session, Dr. Ng will share his personal journey — from his early career as a CUHK-trained embalmer to becoming a passionate advocate for life and death education.
Through his unique perspective, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what life and death education entails, and why it plays a vital role in fostering compassion, dignity, and awareness in our society. The seminar will also explore end-of-life matters in Hong Kong, including local practices around funerals, burial traditions, and the evolving cultural attitudes toward death.
